Refund policy

RETURNING YOUR ORDER

You may request to return your order within 14 days from the day you receive your package. To initiate a return, please email info@romanceonmars.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will confirm your request and provide you with the return instructions.

Romance on Mars does not offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different style or colour, a new order must be placed.

Returned products must be in perfect condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, and without signs of wear. All original packaging and labels must be fully intact. Please enclose your completed return slip, or at minimum your order number and reason for return, inside the package.

When returning items from outside the EU, please clearly mark the parcel as RETURN on all customs forms and declare the correct value. Incorrect declarations may result in delays or import duties, for which Romance on Mars cannot be held responsible.

COSTS FOR RETURN SHIPPING

Romance on Mars is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. You are responsible for securely packaging your return and sending it via a trackable method. You bear the risk of the goods until they reach us.

If you return your entire order, the original outbound shipping fee will also be refunded in accordance with EU consumer law. Return shipping costs and any customs duties paid for returning the item are non-refundable.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund within 30 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

If an item is returned in a condition showing wear or damage beyond what is necessary to assess it, we may deduct a reasonable amount to reflect the decrease in value.

Please note that during peak seasons, return processing may take slightly longer, though we strive to handle all returns as quickly as possible.
